Most Popular 2016

It’s the beginning of a new year – a great time to look at what books have been popular with readers at the library! The following lists show the Putnam County Library System’s top circulated print titles for 2016 in adult fiction and nonfiction, young adult fiction, juvenile fiction, and children’s picture books.

Rogue Lawyer by John Grisham was the overall most popular book. It checked out three times more than the most popular nonfiction book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. We also discovered that you love to cook, and it’s never too late to discover the joy of reading Harry Potter or Dr. Seuss.
